With DR864 Falcom has developed a GSM/GPRS-modem that can be easily and cost-saving integrated in existing control cabinets and facilities. Due to its programmability, the user can use several applications such as, e. g. the disconnection of a power circle via SMS or call. DR864 offers Quad band technology and can be easily installed via the DIN-Rail-conform form factor. For accessibility of the GSM-network, it has an offset GSM-antenna, which will be installed in a place favourable for reception. Furthermore it holds a GPIO and a RS232-port for the transmission of commands and data.
